In diesen Zeiten der ungewissen wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen, inmitten eines gesundheitlichen Notfalls aufgrund der Covid-19-Pandemie\u00a0hat AR-SHELVING beschlossen, ein innovatives Projekt namens \u201cNeues zu\u00a0 erschaffen\u201d, das zwei Ziele verfolgt: Anpassung an den Wandel und die Suche nach neuen Gesch\u00e4ftsideen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wir verstehen Unternehmenswachstum als eine eigene Entwicklung innerhalb des Unternehmens. Der Markt, die Trends in der Branche und die Lebensweise unserer Kunden \u00e4ndern sich, daher ist es notwendig, weiterhin nach diesen Ver\u00e4nderungen zu arbeiten, um weiterhin den besten Service zu bieten und unser Hauptziel zu erf\u00fcllen: Die Zufriedenheit des Kunden.<\/p>\n

Auf der anderen Seite sollte durch den Austausch von Empfindungen und konstruktiver Kritik der Zusammenhalt der menschlichen Teamarbeit des Unternehmens gest\u00e4rkt werden. Es ist nun an der Zeit, um die anderen Unterst\u00fctzung anzubieten.<\/p>\n

Zun\u00e4chst wurden alle Arbeiter in Galdacano\u2019s B\u00fcros in drei Gruppen eingeteilt. Dabei wurden Mitglieder verschiedener Abteilungen gemischt, um ein besseres Kommunikations- und Vertrauensverh\u00e4ltnis inzwischen zu f\u00f6rdern. In den ersten Wochen hielt jedes Team t\u00e4gliche Sitzungen ab, um Ideen zu entwickeln, Einstellungen, St\u00e4rken, Schw\u00e4chen usw. zu ermitteln. Es wurde auch eine w\u00f6chentliche Generalversammlung abgehalten, um das, was von den verschiedenen Teams vor der gesamten Gruppe diskutiert wurde, vorzustellen und zu versuchen, Schlussfolgerungen zu ziehen und das vorgeschlagene Ziel zu erreichen.<\/p>\n

Nachdem die vielversprechendsten und tragf\u00e4higsten Gesch\u00e4ftsideen f\u00fcr das Unternehmen ausgew\u00e4hlt worden waren, ging es im n\u00e4chsten Schritt darum, zu beschreiben, wie sie umgesetzt werden k\u00f6nnten, welche Kosten sie verursachen w\u00fcrden und welche Prozesse im Allgemeinen zu ihrer Verwirklichung durchgef\u00fchrt werden m\u00fcssten. Nat\u00fcrlich fahren wir heute ganz im Detail mit diesem Projekt fort , indem wir die interessantesten Vorschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr unseren Gesch\u00e4ft, die das Ergebnis der genialen Arbeit des gesamten Teams sind.<\/p>\n
