From April 2021 we have unified the fuels used until now, and we have replaced the consumption of gas oil, propane and pellets that we used both for the production process and for heating our facilities, with natural gas. In this way, we guarantee a continuous supply, gain space in our installations and reduce maintenance costs.<\/p>\n
In addition, we contribute to a cleaner environment for our workers, since, as we have already mentioned, natural gas is very clean-burning. It is 95% methane and does not emit solid particles. Moreover, thanks to the volatility of its particles, they do not remain impregnated in the environment, so there is no danger of inhalation or explosion.<\/p>\n
This project was included in the line of aid for energy saving and efficiency in SMEs and large companies in the industrial sector, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and managed by the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IEDS), charged to the National Energy Efficiency Fund, with the aim of achieving a cleaner and more sustainable economy.<\/p>\n
