Una mujer decidida, joven, que acaba de ser madre, una mujer que es capaz de alcanzar cualquier reto que se propone con much\u00edsima energ\u00eda y coraje.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hola Mar\u00eda, parece que ocupas un puesto nuevo en AR Shelving y no solo por el cargo sino porque adem\u00e1s eres la primera mujer que entra en direcci\u00f3n, no? \u00bfC\u00f3mo empezaste en AR? \u00bfCu\u00e1l ha sido tu trayectoria profesional?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Empec\u00e9 hace ya 11 a\u00f1os en pr\u00e1cticas para visitar puntos de venta. Estar en contacto con los prescriptores y usuarios del producto te da una visi\u00f3n super interesante para poder satisfacer mejor las necesidades tanto de nuestra distribuci\u00f3n como del cliente final.<\/p>\n<p>Ese conocimiento adquirido me llev\u00f3 a desempe\u00f1ar tareas de \u00c1rea Manager para la pen\u00ednsula y otros mercados, trabajando a la vez mercados maduros y otros con gran potencial de crecimiento, donde las necesidades eran muy diferentes y por tanto sus estrategias de desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>Pero lo que siempre me ha apasionado ha sido el mundo del marketing, de qu\u00e9 y c\u00f3mo comunicamos, tanto nosotros mismos como nuestros productos y soluciones. Y ese inter\u00e9s creci\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s ante el auge del mundo digital, por las oportunidades que ofrece.<\/p>\n<p>Tengo la gran suerte de que AR Shelving me ha permitido desarrollar mi carrera profesional, me ha dotado de las herramientas necesarias y ha confiado en m\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 obst\u00e1culos has encontrado y c\u00f3mo los has superado?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Ser mujer en un mundo de hombres! (aunque cada vez seamos m\u00e1s ?). Con actitud y mucho trabajo, todo va saliendo<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo vieron tus compa\u00f1eros\/as ese ascenso? alguien te apoy\u00f3 especialmente?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con total naturalidad. AR Shelving siempre ha apostado por el crecimiento de las personas. Siempre me he sentido apoyada por mis compa\u00f1erxs, somos una familia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fue f\u00e1cil asumir la nueva responsabilidad?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Digamos que todo ha sido un proceso, una evoluci\u00f3n natural. Me apasionan los retos y los nuevos proyectos, siempre me he sentido \u201cc\u00f3moda en la incomodidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tengo entendido que tu equipo, que adem\u00e1s estar compuesto \u00edntegramente por mujeres, te ve como un gran referente \u00bfC\u00f3mo te hace sentir ser su referente? c\u00f3mo es ese equipo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son ellas precisamente mi gran referente, estoy super orgullosa del equipo que hemos formado, tan diferentes y compatibles, donde juntas sumamos much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s que por separado. Un equipo multidisciplinar del que aprender y d\u00f3nde aportar en cada uno de los proyectos que manejamos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6 de cada 10 mujeres renuncian a su carrera profesional al ser madres. \u00bfConciliar la vida laboral y la familiar te supone un reto? \u00bfOs lo ponen f\u00e1cil en el Grupo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1s es un poco pronto para responder esa pregunta, apenas han pasado 6 semanas desde que fui amatxu. Veo la conciliaci\u00f3n como uno de los pr\u00f3ximos grandes retos, la verdad es que parece algo complicado, pero el Grupo Arania me est\u00e1 facilitando mucho las cosas en este sentido.
